AREAS OF INTERVENTION

  • TECHNICAL STUDY IN THE BUILDING

    It carries out building studies (new construction and rehabilitation) for school, health, office, residential, industrial, etc. These studies cover all the technical bodies. This service is placed under the technical supervision of the head of department having for the accomplishment of his task the support of three designers (a designer concrete designer, a designer designer VRD, a designer designer, electricity, plumbing and air conditioning) and a senior technician .

  • ENERGY AND WATER TECHNICAL STUDY

    This service is jointly run by the head of the department and the Technical Director; both with varying degrees of expertise in energy and water issues, with the support of the head of the Environment and Urban Planning department. He is in charge of studies in energy savings in buildings and industries, studies of water and energy equipment, studies of electrification programs, etc.



  • ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL STUDY

    This department is headed by engineers specializing in Environmental Sciences and Management. The Environment department is responsible for carrying out environmental impact studies of development and waste management projects. It is also responsible for environmental and related audit activities. The environmental experts are helped in their tasks by senior technicians for surveys, data collection, etc.


  • URBAN PLANNING TECHNICAL STUDY

  • CIVIL AND RURAL ENGINEERING TECHNICAL STUDY

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    It concerns the whole phase of operations management starting with the finalization of the detailed pre-project files. He thus prepares the execution phase, while having taken a critical part in the design phase. It is also the management of the administrative phase and before starting the execution. It is the department that deals with calls for tenders and contracts to entrust the rest of the project; at the start of work execution, in the work monitoring department. She will have taken care to check the conformity of the parts and the contracts, launch all the administrative procedures necessary for the proper execution of the project: drawing up of contracts, verification of administrative documents,meeting and organization of stakeholders in the execution of the project, etc.


  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT
